• Customer / You / Yours – Refers to you or any person submitting an order to AuthorsPromo.
• Company / We / Our – Refers to AuthorsPromo, a company registered under applicable laws.
• Product or Services – All services and products provided by AuthorsPromo according to your order.
• Order – An order submitted via phone, email, or online form to purchase products or services. Orders are confirmed by payment via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.

Our Services

Please read the refund policy carefully to understand your rights and limitations. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions before placing any order or payment.

Returns

We do not accept returns on fulfilled orders due to the nature of our services.

If changes are needed to meet quality standards, such as editing or proofreading requirements, we provide a revision process to ensure customer satisfaction.

If a delivered product does not meet the agreed requirements, we will perform an internal review and revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.

Revisions

• Each package has its own revision policy, as described in the service details.
• Revisions are provided within 5–10 days after the order status is updated to “Waiting for Customer Approval.”
• Customers can request revisions by contacting their assigned Project Manager via email.
• You may also make personal edits to the delivered content before publishing, as it is provided in Word format and you retain full rights.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our team works with customers to resolve issues fairly.

Circumstances for Refunds:

• Orders not yet started or assigned.
• Exceptional reasons agreed upon by mutual consent.

Refund Timeframe:

• Refunds, if approved, take 5–15 days to reflect on your original payment method.
• A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) applies.

Specific Refund Cases:

Change of Mind:

• Before Project Initiation: Full refund if requested within 1 hour of placing the order and before work begins.
• After Project Progress: Partial refund may be offered if work has started or revisions used.

Incompetent Delivery:

• Refund claims possible if delivered work does not meet project requirements.
• Unlimited revisions are offered to ensure satisfaction. If requirements are still not met, a partial refund may be processed after mutual agreement.

Late Delivery:

• If AuthorsPromo fails to deliver on time after at least three contact attempts, refunds may be issued if delay is our fault.

Refund Claims:

• Must be made within 10 days of first submission/order delivery, subject to no revisions being used.
• Claims after the deadline will not be entertained.

Cases Where Refund Will NOT Be Issued:

• Minor delays due to technical issues (typos, word count, references).
• Delays caused by the customer.
• No refund for low word count.

Modifications to Services and Prices

• Prices and discounts may change without notice.
• AuthorsPromo reserves the right to modify or discontinue services or content without liability.

• Frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply.
